Joseph E. Alvarado

Real estate runs in my veins! Growing up, my mom was a real estate agent, and my dad worked in construction, constantly renovating our homes. Now, I'm settled in the West suburbs with my wife and our babies, and they've been by my side through it all.

My journey in property investment began four years ago, and I haven't looked back since. Over this time, I've acquired and managed more than 10 properties (9 in Illinois!), ranging from quick flips to long-term rentals. In addition to my investments, I proudly launched "Alvarado Investments"- my own real estate investment company.

I'm dedicated to transforming eyesores into properties that communities can take pride in. Real estate is not just a business for me; it's a means to empower my family's financial independence and uplift the neighborhoods I work in.

When I'm not immersed in the world of real estate, you'll find me hanging out with my family, pursuing my fitness goals through weightlifting and Muay Thai training, giving die-hard support to my Chicago sports teams, attending Notre Dame football games, and enjoying nature.

Family oriented

My success as a real estate broker is built on my strong foundation of family values and faith. As a devout Catholic, I understand the importance of honesty, integrity, and treating others with respect. I bring these values to my work every day, ensuring that my clients receive the highest level of service and support. My dedication to my family and faith is reflected in my commitment to my clients.

If you ever see me in the neighborhood with my wife and my kiddos draped all over me don't hesitate to say hello :)
