This was my first ever flip, which I purchased via online auction. This Single-family home required a significant amount of work - in fact, it was an entire gut job. Every inch of the house was in disrepair, and it was clear that the renovation would require a lot of effort. I hired over 6 teams of contractors to help me get the work done, and I quickly learned how to manage contractors and how to project manage a very large and complex renovation project.

Despite the challenges, I was able to successfully complete the project, and the experience taught me valuable lessons that I have since applied to other renovation projects. In particular, I learned how to effectively communicate with contractors, how to stay organized, and how to make tough decisions when unexpected issues arise. Overall, this project was an incredibly challenging but ultimately rewarding experience that helped me grow both personally and professionally.
