This was my first ever flip, which I purchased via online auction. This Single-family home required a significant amount of work - in fact, it was an entire gut job. Every inch of the house was in disrepair, and it was clear that the renovation would require a lot of effort. I hired over 6 teams of contractors to help me get the work done, and I quickly learned how to manage contractors and how to project manage a very large and complex renovation project.

Despite the challenges, I was able to successfully complete the project, and the experience taught me valuable lessons that I have since applied to other renovation projects. In particular, I learned how to effectively communicate with contractors, how to stay organized, and how to make tough decisions when unexpected issues arise. Overall, this project was an incredibly challenging but ultimately rewarding experience that helped me grow both personally and professionally.

• All new flooring: The entire flooring of the property was replaced with new, high-quality material. This not only improves the appearance of the property, but also provides better comfort and insulation.
• New paint entire house: The entire interior of the house was repainted with fresh, modern colors. This gives the property a new, updated look and makes it more appealing to potential buyers or renters.
• Brand new open kitchen concept: The kitchen area was completely redone with an open concept design. This makes the property more modern and functional.
• New kitchen cabinets+ Quartz countertops + stainless steel appliances: New kitchen cabinets were installed, along with new quartz countertops and stainless-steel appliances. This makes the kitchen area more functional and modern.
• Fully renovated and updated bathrooms: The bathrooms in the property were completely renovated and updated with new fixtures and finishes. This makes the bathrooms more functional and modern.
• Wall demolition to create 1 large luxury bedroom vs 2 small bedrooms: One of the walls in the property was removed to create a larger, more luxurious bedroom. This improves the functionality and value of the property.
• Fully finished and updated basement: The basement area was completely redone with new finishes and fixtures. This makes the property more functional and valuable.
• New water heater + house plumbing lines: The water heater in the property was replaced with a new one, and the plumbing lines in the house were updated. This ensures that the property has reliable access to hot water and that the plumbing system is in good condition.
• New sump pumps: New sump pumps were installed in the property, ensuring that the risk of flooding is minimized.
