Notre Dame, IN

As a proud Notre Dame alum, I'm stoked to be working on a property so close to campus. I am actually turning it into an Airbnb that can be used during all the Notre Dame games and events. It's been a blast working on this project, and I'm even partnering up with my dad for the first time!

We're putting in a ton of work to make sure this place is ready for guests by November 2023. We're all about the little details, making sure everything is cozy and convenient for our guests. We want them to feel right at home and have a memorable Fighting Irish experience.

Overall, we're just really excited to be working on this project and can't wait to welcome guests from all over the world to our Notre Dame Airbnb. It's going to be awesome!

• All new house plumbing: The plumbing system in the property was replaced with a new one to ensure that it is functioning properly and efficiently.
• All new house paint: The entire interior and exterior of the property was repainted with fresh, modern colors to improve its appearance and appeal.
• New flooring throughout: The entire flooring of the property was replaced with new, high-quality material to improve its appearance and appeal.
• Fully renovated bathroom: The bathroom in the property was completely renovated and updated with new fixtures and finishes to make it more functional and modern.
• Kitchen cabinets, sink, countertop, appliances: The kitchen area was completely redone with new cabinets, sink, countertop, and appliances to make it more functional and modern.
• All new lights and light fixtures: All of the lights and light fixtures in the property were replaced with new ones to improve its appearance and appeal.
• New finished basement: The basement area was completely redone with new finishes and fixtures to make it more functional and valuable.
• New sump pumps: New sump pumps were installed in the property to ensure that the risk of flooding is minimized.
• Fresh new landscaping: The landscaping of the property was redone with new plants and features to improve its appearance and appeal.
• New outside cement stairways: The outside cement stairways of the property were replaced with new ones to improve its appearance and functionality.
