This was my second New Lenox property! I was fortunate enough to come across this opportunity through word of mouth. It was my contractor who had a family member that needed to sell their house as-is and in a hurry. Being someone who loves taking on new projects, I was more than happy to lend a helping hand.

This house had great potential and with a bit of hard work, we were able to fully renovate it within a few months. The final outcome was beyond satisfying! I must say, I couldn't have done it alone. My father was a great support through out this project, assisting me with electrical and paint work. Working alongside my father was a great bonding experience and I'm glad we were able to complete this project successfully!

• New Kitchen cabinets, countertops, sink, appliances: The kitchen area was completely redone with new cabinets, countertops, sink, and appliances. This makes the kitchen area more functional and modern.
• Wall demo to create open kitchen + living room floor plan: One of the walls in the property was removed to create an open concept design between the kitchen and living room areas. This makes the property more modern and functional.
• All new floors & carpets: The entire flooring of the property was replaced with new, high-quality material. This not only improves the appearance of the property, but also provides better comfort and insulation.
• New Windows and front patio framing: The windows of the property were replaced with new ones, and the front patio framing was updated. This improves the appearance and functionality of the property.
• Updated electrical box: The electrical box in the property was updated, ensuring that it is safe and up to code.
