This property was actually a rental for a little over a year before I decided to sell it off and put the cash into other investments. It was definitely a bit of a fixer-upper, but there was something charming about it that made me want to take it on.

We ended up working with a bunch of different contractors to get everything done, but my pops was also a huge help. He really knows his stuff, so having him on board was awesome. All in all, it was a fun project to work on, even though it was a lot of work!
